Reverse Logistics & Hygiene Operative - Night Shift

Job Overview

This role involves ensuring that all tasks are executed safely and efficiently following DQMP standards, Food Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations while adhering to company protocols. The position supports workplace organization activities and plays a critical role in maintaining site accreditations, audits, and improving the distribution center's safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for self and colleagues at all times.
• Execute hygiene procedures accurately, document activities, and complete tasks promptly with quality standards.
• Contribute to enhancing hygiene methods, operational practices, and efficiency.
• Comply with all pest control processes and keep proper records.
• Operate various material handling equipment, including ride-on scrubbing machines and scissor lifts.
• Perform tasks at heights and handle some heavy lifting duties.
• Adhere to and promote DQMP and Workplace Organization standards actively.
• Complete scheduled activities and associated documentation on time.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Relevant prior experience in hygiene or workplace environment preferred.
• Strong commitment to maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.
• 0 to 1+ years of related work experience.
