Role Overview

The Revenue Lead role is a remote, full-time position responsible for spearheading revenue growth initiatives across PRISM’s brand portfolio. The individual in this role will manage revenue planning and forecasting, craft pricing strategies, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue performance across various markets and product segments. Day-to-day duties involve tracking relevant revenue, financial, and operational KPIs, performing analytical reviews to detect trends and opportunities, and partnering with finance, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive revenue-enhancement efforts. The Revenue Lead is also tasked with refining revenue-related processes, ensuring precise reporting, and contributing to strategic business decisions by delivering insightful recommendations to leadership. This role demands proactive ownership of revenue objectives, relentless experimentation, and alignment of commercial approaches with PRISM’s broader strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and Revenue Operations, encompassing pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization expertise.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities including data analysis, financial modeling, and performance assessment using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting, capable of interpreting financial statements and understanding profit and loss as well as cash flow implications.
  • Excellent communication skills required for conveying complex revenue insights effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience in revenue management, commercial strategies, or financial planning within hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or multi-brand environments is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines; advanced degrees or certifications like CFA, CPA, or MBA are preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate efficiently in remote and distributed teams, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and employ data-driven decision making in dynamic settings.
  • Familiarity with revenue management software, customer relationship management tools, and data visualization platforms.
