Role Overview
We are offering a full-time role within our Profit Protection Team, working Tuesday through Saturday with scheduled shifts:
- Tuesday: 11:15 AM to 7:15 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM to 2:15 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:15 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM to 2:15 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM
The primary responsibility is ensuring the safety of staff, stock, and customers. The role involves monitoring the store closely, operating as a human CCTV, and preventing theft or damage. Additionally, you will welcome customers upon entry and assist them as needed, similar to sales support.

- Strong situational awareness and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Assertive yet courteous and helpful demeanor
- Confidence in challenging individuals when necessary
- Self-starter with initiative to manage tasks and projects effectively
- Flexibility to handle unforeseen situations promptly
- Maintaining good physical fitness for standing most of the day
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Experience in operating CCTV and security monitoring devices
