Restoration Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency restoration situations involving water, fire, mold, and other damages.
• Perform hands-on restoration tasks such as water extraction, demolition activities, and setting up drying or specialized equipment.
• Manage vehicle, tool, and material inventory and maintenance for each assignment.
• Maintain clear and supportive communication with team members and customers during difficult circumstances.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep work sites organized.
• Commit to delivering high-quality results and take pride in accomplishing tasks thoroughly.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in handyman tasks, construction, or restoration is preferred.
• A team player eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Motivated to assist others during critical times and make a positive impact within the community.
• Physically active, enjoying manual work both indoors and outdoors.
• Dependable, flexible, and embraces new challenges enthusiastically.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is an advantage.
• Possession of IICRC certification is beneficial, with training available.

Physical Demands

• Ability to regularly lift over 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, and in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Capable of repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of heavy materials.
• Comfortable handling cleaning agents and restoration materials safely.
