Role Overview

As a Grocery Clerk specializing in replenishment, you will execute various duties professionally, timely, and accurately to support store operations. Your role involves delivering excellent customer service to foster loyalty, meeting customer requirements, and contributing positively to staff and customer engagement.

Key Duties

• Follow Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety standards, corporate policies, and other company initiatives diligently.
• Order, receive, and stock merchandise according to inventory control guidelines as needed.
• Offer excellent customer service to effectively address customer needs.
• Boost store sales by promoting highlighted products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in both back shop and retail areas to meet company standards.
• Prepare customer orders when requested.
• Manage shrink processes within the department as required.
• Assist in training less experienced staff members.
• Perform other related duties assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Capable of working independently in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting.
