This position is for a service-oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist who can help deliver a smooth and positive experience for customers. The role focuses on responding quickly, solving problems, and communicating clearly across several support channels.

Core Responsibilities
Customer Assistance
- Handle incoming customer questions through email, live chat, and phone with professionalism and promptness.

- Support customers with account-related queries, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general service needs.
- Provide considerate, practical support that leaves customers with a positive impression.
Problem Handling
- Look into customer issues and work toward quick, effective resolutions.
- Pass more complex matters to the relevant internal team when required.
- Record customer conversations and resolution details accurately in the CRM.
- Check back with customers to make sure their concerns have been fully resolved.
Customer Experience
- Develop strong customer relationships through warm, clear, and professional communication.
- Gather customer feedback and pass along useful insights for improving products and services.
- Help support customer retention by consistently delivering quality service.
- Work with teammates to maintain a supportive, customer-focused environment.
Systems and Administrative Support
- Use CRM tools, support platforms, and communication systems effectively.
- Maintain customer information so that records stay accurate and current.
- Help update internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and support documents.
- Follow company procedures and quality expectations to keep service standards consistent.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar position.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good troubleshooting ability and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy environment.
- Reliable, professional, patient, and attentive to detail.
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or related certifications are considered a plus.
