Remote Customer Service Virtual Assistant (Quick 24-Hour Response)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Receptionist to join our team on a long-term basis. This position requires handling inbound phone calls, managing appointment schedules, resolving customer complaints, and performing various administrative duties within a dynamic environment. The role is performance-driven with all calls recorded for ongoing quality reviews.

Candidates who are better suited for non-voice roles may be considered for administrative-focused positions, depending on availability and suitability.

• Your current location in the Philippines and backup plans for internet or power outages.
• Provide an internet speed test screenshot along with samples of previous work outputs.
• Share two brief voice recordings: one demonstrating how to book an appointment for 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a $60 charge; the other showing how to handle a double billing dispute involving two $90 charges for a 90-minute massage refund request.
• Details on current employment or side engagements, including weekly availability.
• Ability to commit to a fixed 7-day, 6-hour schedule aligned with Central Standard Time (CST), expected hourly or monthly wage, and earliest start date.
• Description of three work tasks performed at least 100 times previously, including the process, tools used, and outcomes.
• Identification of three tasks you could independently manage within the first week if hired, including tools/software and success criteria.
• Experience handling your highest work volume day or week with specific metrics and background.
