Job description
Role Overview
We seek a proactive and client-centric Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to join our field sales team in Mumbai. In this position, you will visit potential clients at their residences, understand their health objectives, explain the MetaGo medical weight loss program, and support them through consultation and enrollment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients directly at their homes to introduce and educate them about MetaGo's medical weight loss offerings.
- Develop customer trust by identifying their needs and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, including facilitating online payment completion.
- Deliver a smooth and superior customer journey from initial contact to onboarding success.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and sales progress using the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales, particularly in field sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation tactics, and relationship management capabilities.
- Comfortable with local travel and visiting customer homes.
- Ability to convey product information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and commitment to excellent customer experience.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital tools needed for online consultations and payment coordination.
- Graduation is preferred.
