Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Program Manager / Transformation Programs Director / Strategic Initiatives Lead to guide and implement key strategic and transformative efforts for Zhejiang Haocheng Preparation Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. located in Berlin, Germany. This part-time onsite position entails orchestrating cross-departmental projects that align regional efforts with the broader global strategy, while championing enhancement initiatives in manufacturing processes and overall operations.
Key Duties
- Design and implement program roadmaps while managing associated schedules and budgets.
- Continuously monitor program performance through key performance indicators and communicate updates to senior leadership.
- Collaborate extensively with both internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth and lasting integration of new processes and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise managing complex regional programs and strategic initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, tracking, and reporting phases.
- Background in transformation projects, continuous improvement, and change management in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultural boundaries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with aptitude for leveraging data to guide decisions and assess program outcomes.
- Direct hands-on experience working on-site with operational teams to gain understanding and implement pragmatic improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as engineering, business administration, or operations management.
- Previous involvement in regional program management, strategic roles, or operations leadership is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is an added benefit.
- Capability to operate independently on a part-time basis, balancing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
