Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Recruitment Consultants to join a top-performing team in Birmingham specializing in Accountancy and Finance recruitment. Initially office-based near the train station for three months, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule offering 1-2 days remote work weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a permanent recruitment desk focusing on roles including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and broader finance positions.
• Develop and expand a personal client portfolio through new business acquisition and existing account management.
• Become an expert in the Birmingham regional market and surrounding B postcode areas.
• Provide consultative, high-quality service to both clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in Accountancy and Finance recruitment or an analogous sector.
• Confident in business development with a proven ability to attract new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills facilitating strong relationship-building.
• Proactive, resilient, and driven with a desire for autonomy and career advancement.
