Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be supported directly by your manager and a seasoned mentor, with opportunities to collaborate across the broader business and regional markets. Your role encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle, engaging new and existing clients, and identifying qualified talent across various industries.

• Manage the comprehensive recruitment process including business development, account management, candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.
• Identify and secure new client businesses while nurturing and expanding existing accounts through outstanding service.
• Conduct meetings with clients’ HR professionals or hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and communicate current hiring trends.
• Source and evaluate potential candidates for a diverse client base ranging from startups to multinational corporations.
• Conduct interviews with candidates, negotiate employment packages, and provide guidance on interview success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum two years’ experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, auditing, or a related area, with enthusiasm for a rewarding sales career.
• Proven ability to work in team settings, demonstrating leadership and a target-driven attitude.
• Proactive self-starter possessing excellent communication skills and capability in business development.
