About the Role

This position presents an exciting chance to assist agency recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with agency leadership to enhance talent acquisition outcomes. The role involves facilitating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding, organizing recruitment campaigns, and offering operational support connected to recruitment. Exposure to field leaders, branch functions, and recruitment projects will grant valuable insights into agency recruitment workflows, stakeholder liaison, and analytical reporting. It is suited for early-career professionals keen to develop a robust foundation in recruitment business development within insurance and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency leaders to support recruitment initiatives, onboarding procedures, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Advise on recruitment incentives, allowances, reimbursement processes, and recruitment-related programs.
  • Handle recruitment administrative duties, candidate onboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Generate recruitment reports and track key performance indicators.
  • Organize recruitment events, branch activities, leadership briefings, and initiatives to engage agencies.
  • Assist in applying recruitment process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment plans.
  • Provide on-site assistance during significant recruitment drives and agency gatherings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • One to two years' experience in recruitment, business development, agency recruitment, talent acquisition, sales support, or insurance distribution.
  • Developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.

Preferred Background

  • Experience within insurance, financial services, or agency distribution sectors.
  • Background in supporting recruitment campaigns, events, or onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies including CRM and applicant tracking systems.
