About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative Recruiter to help us attract the best global talent to our Berlin office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for our international locations, from creating job profiles and pre-selecting candidates to coordinating interviews and conducting initial screenings.
- Design innovative and target-specific recruitment strategies using creative channels to engage suitable candidates.
- Proactively search for talent and approach candidates via networks such as LinkedIn in a personal, genuine, and respectful manner.
- Conduct interviews, inspire candidates with our company culture, and support them through their recruitment journey at Hornetsecurity.
- Experiment with new recruiting and HR marketing approaches, contributing fresh ideas that deliver real impact.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and continuously refine your strategies for optimum results.
Candidate Profile
- You enjoy networking and building strong professional relationships.
- You are an excellent communicator who can excite candidates about joining Hornetsecurity.
- You work independently, with strong organization and goal orientation, thriving in a fast-paced international environment.
- You are creative, familiar with social media, and constantly think of new ways to reach talented individuals.
- You have experience in active sourcing, preferably in IT, and are comfortable using networks like LinkedIn.
- You are flexible, committed, and willing to support related HR tasks reliably.
- You are proficient in German and English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Your enthusiasm, optimism, and passion for working with people positively influence those around you both internally and externally.
