Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position is for a Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator in Dubai. The successful candidate will welcome and guide visitors, tenants, and vendors while maintaining a professional front office environment. The job combines reception duties, phone and email handling, scheduling, visitor record management, and general office support.
Key Duties
Day-to-day work includes answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately, responding to email messages, arranging appointments, and keeping visitor records up to date. The role also covers routine administrative support such as filing, entering data, photocopying, and sorting or distributing mail and parcels. In addition, the receptionist will assist property management colleagues with office tasks, manage meeting room reservations, and help with customer service follow-ups and general queries.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong experience in receptionist and front desk administration work, including welcoming guests and organizing appointments. Good telephone manners and clear communication are essential for dealing with callers, clients, and internal teams. The role also requires strong customer service ability to handle questions, resolve minor concerns, and keep the reception experience positive for visitors and tenants. Reliable clerical abilities are important, including filing, data entry, document handling, and basic use of office software. Previous exposure to reception or office administration, especially in real estate or property management, is an advantage. Familiarity with MS Office tools, strong organization, multitasking ability, and careful attention to detail will be helpful. English fluency is mandatory, and knowledge of other languages commonly spoken in Dubai is a plus.
