About the role
We are hiring a Receptionist for an in-person role based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. This is a full-time, permanent CLT position at operational level, with compensation to be discussed.
What you will do
- Welcome visitors and handle front-desk activities.
- Answer calls, route them to the right people, and take messages when needed.
- Support the office with the purchase of stationery and hygiene supplies.
- Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Manage outgoing and incoming correspondence.
- Assist leadership with calls and research tasks.
- Track and handle the ordering of office supplies and replenishment items.
