React Developer

Role Overview

ACSA Soluciones Integrales is seeking a skilled React Developer to design and create modern, responsive, and efficient web applications using React and related technologies. The position involves building user-friendly interfaces, reusable components, and optimizing overall application performance with an emphasis on scalability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and code responsive, interactive web applications utilizing React framework.
• Create reusable components and libraries to enhance application scalability.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and functional code.
• Work collaboratively with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver new features.
• Integrate front-end solutions with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of applications.
• Manage state effectively using Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
• Produce modular, well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve front-end issues promptly.
• Implement automated testing to uphold quality standards.
• Maintain and improve existing applications ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Participate in architectural decision-making for front-end projects.
• Keep updated with advancements in React, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
• Collaborate within Agile teams, taking active part in planning, estimation, and sprint activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in JavaScript ES6+ and contemporary front-end development methodologies.
• Profound knowledge of React including hooks, functional components, and component architecture.
• Competence in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling techniques.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.
• Skilled in integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, managing asynchronous data.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
• Knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development practices.
• Understanding of front-end testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Aware of web performance optimization, accessibility norms, and browser compatibility requirements.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to handle multiple development tasks without compromising quality.
