Quantity Surveying & Billing Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Quantity Surveying & Billing Engineer to join our team at Rosea Enterprises, a design and execution firm associated with Calids.com, based in Bengaluru. This position involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating material and service quantities accurately, and handling billing processes for subcontractors and contractors within a miscellaneous industry context.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive Bills of Quantities for projects.
• Perform detailed quantity estimations to assist project planning and budgeting.
• Manage and verify billing documents submitted by subcontractors.
• Prepare and process contractor billing effectively and on time.

Candidates holding a diploma in any specialization are eligible to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary package ranges between 300000 and 420000 INR. Employees are entitled to benefits including health insurance, provident fund contributions, and an annual bonus.
