Role Overview

This full-time, on-site vacancy in Vishakhapatnam offers positions in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the pharmaceutical sector. Quality Assurance specialists are responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards by developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reviewing documentation, conducting internal audits, handling deviations and CAPAs, and assisting with validation and qualification processes. Quality Control professionals conduct routine analytical evaluations of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, maintain thorough laboratory records, calibrate and operate analytical instruments, and comply fully with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Both roles require collaboration with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to uphold product quality, support regulatory inspections, and promote continual improvements in quality systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong career counseling and career development expertise to help pharma practitioners identify appropriate QA and QC roles and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and client companies.
• Analytical acumen to evaluate candidate profiles, understand job requirements, and align talent with QA and QC tasks.
• Relevant educational credentials such as degrees in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related life science fields; advanced qualifications are considered a plus.
• Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), regulatory frameworks including WHO and USFDA guidelines, and quality management systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Quality Control fields, including expertise in handling documentation, conducting audits, executing testing protocols, and operating analytical instruments.
• Capacity to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam, maintain meticulous attention to detail, uphold integrity, and collaborate effectively across functional teams.
