Role overview
Elevait Solutions is looking for a remote Project/Program Manager to oversee internal professional services initiatives from planning through delivery. The role is focused on keeping work organized, visible, and on track across several functions.
What you will do
- Own internal PS initiatives end to end, including defining scope, milestones, owners, and timelines.
- Keep project plans, progress updates, and dashboards current so leadership can easily understand status and risk.
- Work closely with PS delivery, operations, sales, and related teams to clear blockers and maintain momentum.
- Facilitate recurring program reviews and ensure action items and deadlines are tracked and followed through.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing shortfalls early, and recommend practical next steps.
- Capture processes and key decisions in writing so the work remains sustainable after the initiative is complete.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology.
- Demonstrated success handling several projects at once while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in writing and in conversation.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira, plus the ability to turn data into clear status updates.
- PMP, Agile, or a similar certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
