Business Unit Overview
The Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) unit provides expertise in project, programme, and commercial management alongside advisory services within the built environment, defense, energy, water, environmental, transportation, and healthcare sectors. Their mission is to develop customized solutions addressing client challenges through project expertise combined with strong programme delivery and advisory capabilities.
Role Summary
To support expanding opportunities in Ireland and Northern Ireland, Mott MacDonald is seeking Project Planning experts at various levels, including Senior Planning Consultant, Planning Consultant, and Assistant Planning Consultant. Candidates should possess demonstrated experience in planning, monitoring, and managing projects across multiple industries and contract types. There is an emphasis on collaboration with project control disciplines, commercial awareness, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Plan, monitor, and control project delivery effectively across diverse sectors including water, transport, buildings, and energy
- Collaborate on estimating, risk management, and cost control activities
- Communicate and engage proficiently with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
