Project Manager - Technology (AI) & Operations

Role Summary

We are recruiting a Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of diverse technology projects across IT operations, software platforms, digital products, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, covering planning, execution, and integration into business as usual.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Manage project scopes, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to align with strategic goals.
• Ensure accountability within project teams and partner organizations.
• Support delivery on software development, SaaS, operational tech, and AI products using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate launch activities including readiness, deployment, communications, and post-launch support.
• Establish and uphold project governance, monitor budgets, KPIs, and manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Nurture stakeholder relationships, communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, and manage third-party vendors.
• Facilitate operational readiness by supporting change management, training, service transition, and minimizing disruptions.
• Advocate continuous improvement by promoting best practices and integrating emerging technologies and automation.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven success in managing complex technology projects across multiple domains including software, cloud, AI, and automation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance.
• Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously with effective risk and dependency management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
• Ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
