Double Impact Design & Build delivers premium exhibitions, events, and fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia. The company operates with its own multi-disciplinary factory covering CNC, metal work, joinery, printing, and finishing, allowing it to complete demanding projects quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
The environment suits professionals who perform well in fast-moving, complex builds where deadlines are fixed and launch dates do not shift.
Role summary
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position in Riyadh. The role covers exhibition and event projects from start to finish, including planning, factory coordination, procurement, subcontractor management, logistics, site installation, and final handover. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and quality, acting as the main owner of delivery from award through opening.
Key responsibilities
You will create project schedules, align internal teams and clients, monitor progress against milestones, oversee RAMS and site paperwork, and address issues early so they do not escalate to the client. The position requires close coordination across production, procurement, logistics, and site execution.
Requirements
Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience managing exhibitions, events, or premium fit-out projects, with Saudi Arabia experience being essential. The background should include fast-track delivery, tight timelines, night shifts, and active live venues.
A strong working knowledge of project programmes, RAMS, drawings, and quality control is needed, along with experience managing procurement, logistics, and subcontractors across joinery, metal, MEP, and specialist finishing trades. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are important, especially in client-facing situations. English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.
A degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar discipline is expected, and PMP certification would be a plus. The ideal candidate should also have a practical, solution-oriented mindset and be able to bring answers rather than problems.
