  • Support budgeting activities by tracking CAPEX and OPEX, handling purchase requests and orders.
  • Assist in technical evaluations of consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project compliance.
  • Ensure that tender documents fully address engineering requirements, performance testing, and operations and maintenance training deliverables.
  • Manage tender processes, clarifications, and finalize responses comprehensively.
  • Integrate OT/ICS security considerations into project schedules and budgets.
  • Develop and review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Combined FAT & SAT, and Cybersecurity Acceptance Testing (CSAT).
  • Verify completion of contractors' work against contractual obligations before project handover.
  • Participate in Management of Change (MOC) reviews to minimize risks.
  • Evaluate project claims and contract variations for technical accuracy and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to periodic project reporting and site visit documentation.
  • Assist in clearing outstanding tasks post-handover such as punch list closure and final payments to ensure smooth project closeout.
  • Engage in post-implementation review to validate goals, capture lessons, and formally close projects.
  • Identify and analyze lessons learned for assigned projects to enhance future performance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by project leadership or management.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies around Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), sustainability, OT, IT, and Cybersecurity to support organizational compliance and performance.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Control Systems Engineering, or Information & Cyber Security Engineering.
  • A minimum of three years experience applying these disciplines in OT/ICS project engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of OT/ICS systems, technologies, and best cybersecurity practices relevant to the domain.
