Job description

Position Overview

This role calls for a highly organized Professional Driver also skilled in managing government and regulatory relations within Saudi Arabia. The primary focus is to facilitate the company's interactions with governmental authorities, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong institutional connections.

Additionally, the role requires providing logistical support such as transporting executives to meetings and assisting with varied business-related needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently plan routes to guarantee on-time and safe business transportation for company staff and executives.
  • Coordinate calendar schedules for executives to manage appointments effectively.
  • Stay updated on personnel adjustments and key organizational contacts.
  • Serve as a polished and professional spokesperson for the office.
  • Assist in communications and coordination with government departments and regulatory bodies following prescribed protocols.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and inform relevant internal teams promptly.
  • Manage necessary submissions, permits, licenses, and documentation through collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • Organize meetings, visits, and engagement activities involving government stakeholders.
  • Ensure government-facing documents and correspondence meet company standards and approval procedures.
  • Track and escalate regulatory or compliance issues appropriately and timely.
  • Facilitate processes related to issuance or cancellation of employee residency visas and iqamas.
  • Coordinate visa and iqama matters for employees’ dependents when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and local regulatory authorities to provide necessary guidance.
  • Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the role and organizational needs as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience working in Saudi Arabia.
  • Holder of a valid driving license with a spotless safety record.
  • Highly dependable, well-organized, and professional in approach.
  • Experienced in handling visa processing, trade licenses, and official paperwork with a track record of safety and compliance.
  • Proficient in navigating bureaucratic procedures and local routes to ensure punctual transport and timely document clearances.
  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and current updates.
