Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the shipping and logistics product category across AlphaGraphics and PostNet brands. This critical role manages pricing strategies, product development, and franchise adoption in a complex and evolving shipping market dominated by carriers adjusting rates and surcharges.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously update pricing frameworks and margin goals based on carrier rate and surcharge changes.
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap, including evaluating new offerings, sunsetting outdated products, and prioritizing future directions.
- Maintain awareness of competitive pricing trends in retail shipping, e-commerce fulfillment, and returns to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Generate reports on revenue, margin, and product adoption, providing actionable insights to drive improved profitability.
- Manage relationships with carriers and third-party vendors including contract negotiations and ensuring fulfillment of commitments.
- Lead the product development roadmap for the proprietary Hub4PostNet system in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
- Create comprehensive launch packages containing pricing tools, training materials, and customer-facing collateral to support product introductions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, targeted customer segments, and launch timing.
- Partner with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and support for the shipping category across all channels year-round.
- Collaborate with Operations and Learning & Development to improve service adoption and attach rates within franchise centers.
- Gather feedback directly from franchise owners to understand challenges and refine strategies.
- Work closely with the global product team and cross-functional internal teams to align and execute product initiatives successfully.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- At least 5 years’ experience in product management, product marketing, or business development within shipping, parcel, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
- Sound understanding of carrier economics including rate cards, zones, dimensional weight concepts, and surcharge mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience managing pricing strategies and margin control for products or categories.
- Proven expertise in leading product launches and go-to-market planning.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suited to engaging franchise owners, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with franchise or indirect sales channels, direct carrier negotiation, and e-commerce fulfillment or returns.
- Collaborative attitude, openness to diverse viewpoints, and a determined, curious, and innovative approach.

Additional Details
The role is based in Lakewood, CO, with a hybrid work schedule: work from home Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually plus bonuses and benefits. Applications will be accepted until September 1st, subject to change based on business needs.
