Job Responsibilities

As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage the full life cycle of vendor contracts to ensure Personify Health's interests are protected in every deal. You will be the lead liaison for negotiating and finalizing contracts, overseeing vendor relationships, and safeguarding contract terms for the business.

• Negotiate, draft, redline, and execute contracts with a wide range of third-party vendors, incorporating risk assessments and escalating issues to Legal, Compliance, or Data Security when necessary.
• Coordinate contract reviews end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timelines and terms align with company standards.
• Interpret contractual language into clear, understandable summaries for internal teams and conduct vendor meetings to resolve potential issues proactively.
• Plan and manage sourcing procedures, including Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), from requirements gathering to vendor selection and contract award.
• Monitor contract renewal dates to prevent unintended lapses or unfavorable auto-renewals, and manage timely renegotiations to maintain compliance.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement policies and clearly communicate any updates across the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in contract negotiation, drafting, redlining, evaluation, and contract management.
• Progressive experience in procurement functions including contracts management, purchasing, or strategic sourcing.
• Specialization in indirect procurement with a focus on IT software contract negotiations and purchasing.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, contract management practices, and spend category analytics.
• Proficiency using electronic procurement platforms and associated analytical software tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
