Role Summary

As a Private Tutor at Unitors, you will provide individualized instruction in your area of expertise, including but not limited to academic subjects and languages. Your duties involve designing and delivering interactive lessons tailored to each student's learning style, monitoring progress through frequent feedback and evaluations, and preparing lesson content. You will maintain effective communication with students and their guardians and uphold a safe and respectful learning environment. This position requires full-time on-site presence in Dubai, commitment to scheduled teaching hours, and occasional involvement in platform activities or training sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in at least one subject such as school curricula or foreign languages, with the capability to clearly explain complex concepts.
• Proven teaching skills including lesson design, session management, and adapting teaching strategies for diverse learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships, encourage motivation, and provide constructive feedback.
• Efficient organizational skills to manage scheduling, monitor student progress, and prepare educational materials.
• Familiarity with common digital tools used for scheduling, record management, and supporting learning resources.
• Prior experience as a tutor, teacher, or coach is highly preferred.
• Relevant academic degrees or certifications in the teaching subject area; qualifications in education or allied disciplines are advantageous.
• Dedication to inclusive and equitable teaching practices focused on the learner's needs.
• Authorization to work on-site in Dubai and adherence to local laws and company policies.
