Placement Officer

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a Placement Officer based in Baner, Pune. The role is full-time, with workdays from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays off. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and the position requires immediate joining. The compensation package offered is competitive within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain solid relationships with IT firms.
• Generate new client partnerships specifically for placement opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client connections.
• Coordinate and manage off-campus placement drives.
• Conduct company visits to explore business and placement prospects.
• Represent the organization at HR-related events, job fairs, and networking meetings.
• Facilitate successful placements of students and candidates in IT companies.

Requirements

• Possess between one to five years of experience in placement, recruitment, or business development roles.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
• Preferably have familiarity with the IT recruitment landscape.
• Be self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to travel for client interactions and events.
