About Voice of Needy Foundation
Voice of Needy Foundation (VNF) is a registered non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in Karnataka through skill enhancement, employment opportunities, livelihood support, and community development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture partnerships with companies to open placement avenues for candidates.
- Reach monthly targets for placing trained candidates successfully.
- Visit employers to cultivate enduring corporate relationships.
- Plan and execute interviews, placement drives, and job fairs effectively.
- Organize candidate interviews, manage documentation, and facilitate joining formalities.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and enhance their readiness for workplaces.
- Monitor placed candidates to ensure sustained employment retention.
- Maintain employer database, placement management information system, and compile monthly reports.
- Collaborate with trainers and mobilizers to ensure candidates are prepared for placement.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices favoring Persons with Disabilities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Graduate in any field; preference given to candidates with MSW or MBA in Human Resources.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, placement, or NGO work.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for employer meetings and placement activities.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve 20 to 25 successful candidate placements monthly.
- Conduct 10 employer visits per month.
- Establish 5 new employer partnerships each month.
- Ensure 80% interview attendance by candidates.
- Maintain a 70% retention rate of placed candidates.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports punctually.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 depending on experience.
