Mad Kicks stands as a premier sneaker and streetwear hub in the UAE, specializing in coveted product releases and offering exceptional in-store and digital experiences. As the company expands, they seek a skilled Photographer / Videographer to visually represent the brand with compelling imagery.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will produce top-tier photographic and video content for all Mad Kicks outlets, encompassing product shoots, social media material, marketing campaigns, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Key Duties

Conduct product photography sessions featuring sneakers, clothing, and accessories.
Develop short-form video clips suited for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, including advertisements.
Capture lifestyle imagery, in-store photos, and campaign visuals.
Create and edit reels, stories, and promotional video content.
Ensure visual consistency aligned with the brand's aesthetic standards.
Work closely with marketing and social media teams to harmonize content.
Handle fundamental lighting, framing, and audio requirements when necessary.
Systematically organize and archive all visual assets.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a photographer/videographer, supported by a portfolio.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalents.
Familiarity with social media content formats and emerging trends.
Enthusiasm for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion culture is essential.
Ability to operate independently and adhere to deadlines.
Strong creative vision and sharp attention to detail.
Residence in Dubai or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in creating content for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Skills in drone operation or advanced motion/transition video techniques.
Understanding of paid advertising or content designed for optimized performance.
