Job Overview

Join as a Pet Groomer responsible for overseeing everyday operations at the Pet Grooming Centre within a retail environment. Play an integral role in fostering a motivated team aligned with business goals and delivering exceptional customer service and shopping experiences distinctive to Pet Lovers Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily business activities of the grooming centre located in the retail store.
• Ensure all pet grooming appointments are accurately planned and managed.
• Maintain grooming equipment in excellent working condition.
• Provide grooming services adhering to best practices and individual customer requirements.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards within the grooming centre.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of pets throughout the grooming procedures.
• Comply with AVA guidelines in pet handling and care.
• Identify and inform customers of any unusual conditions observed in their pets to prevent conflicts or misunderstandings.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in trimming and shaving fur for dogs, cats, and rabbits.
• Holds a relevant pet grooming certification.

Additional Details

• Work schedule: 6 days per week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
• Working hours run from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Incentives range between SGD 360 and SGD 1,300.
