- Collaborate with Finance to lead audits related to People data.
- Oversee the full compensation process: salary benchmarking, range development, job leveling, and EU Pay Transparency readiness.
- Manage compensation reporting tasks such as pay equity assessments, gender pay gap reporting, benchmarking, and managing short-term and long-term incentive programs.
- Maintain global ownership of the HRIS and related tools, guaranteeing data accuracy, consolidation, audit readiness, and support for quarterly reviews.
- Identify manual HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) and redesign them into automated, efficient, AI-driven workflows.
- Serve as the liaison between People and IT/Engineering teams, ensuring clean API integrations, provisioning workflows, and alignment of HR tech stack.
- Foster AI literacy within the People team through training on prompt engineering and automation techniques to increase efficiency.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who naturally improves manual processes, embraces data to make decisions, and has familiarity with compensation frameworks, equity planning, and pay equity efforts with genuine enthusiasm. You should be driven by practical AI and automation applications to enhance work life.
