The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring precise and timely payroll processing for eligible employees, maintaining adherence to statutory regulations, managing payroll records, and assisting employees with payroll-related questions. Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes, including supplementary pay runs, bonuses, adjustments, and special payments.
  • Calculate and process wages, benefits, bonuses, reimbursements, vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, and deductions accurately.
  • Review and verify payroll data for correctness prior to payroll runs.
  • Maintain and update payroll records such as employee personal information, tax documentation, employment status changes, benefits enrollments, retirements, and leaves of absence.

  • Proficiency in payroll software such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or Payworks.
