Payment Product Manager

Role Overview

The Payment Product Manager will oversee all aspects of cross-border payment solutions, including designing product requirements, documentations, and managing the entire product development lifecycle. This role is integral to the launch and continuous enhancement of innovative payment methods and provider integrations to support new business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for cross-border payment features, from gathering requirements to launching and post-launch optimization.
• Lead the integration efforts of new payment channels and providers, ensuring robust payment solutions for emerging business projects.
• Continuously monitor key metrics such as transaction success rates, provider reliability, and customer feedback to drive operational improvements.
• Perform comparative analysis of payment effectiveness across regions, banking institutions, and payment types.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience working with payment products, transaction systems, or digital product management.
• Demonstrated capability to independently navigate the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong familiarity with payment operations including ordering, refunds, payouts, settlements, and account management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with proven project execution and cross-functional communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of payment operations and key payment performance indicators.

Preferred Experience

• Background in cross-border payments, handling virtual goods, or working within international e-commerce frameworks.
• Expertise in areas such as payment success rate boosting, routing optimization, provider integration, PCI compliance, and risk control management.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence, or Artificial Intelligence tools is an asset.
