Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

- Efficiently administer campaign budgets to align with strategic business goals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital advertising, paid social, or direct response marketing with proven expertise managing large-scale campaigns.
- Track record managing paid social budgets exceeding 1 million USD monthly.
- Strong proficiency using Meta advertising platforms and optimization techniques.
- Exceptional quantitative analytical abilities to interpret performance data and detect trends.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other analytical tools.
- Keen attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills capable of explaining technical matters to diverse audiences.
- Ability to perform effectively in remote work aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Knowledge of advertising APIs, SQL, BI tools, or analytics platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest is preferred.
- Background collaborating with creatives or developing social media content is a plus.
