We are a medium-sized high-tech company based in Dresden that has been developing and manufacturing acoustic surface wave components for over 20 years.
Job Overview
We are seeking operators to work in our cleanroom environment, specifically for the frontend or backend production areas.
Responsibilities
- Frontend tasks may include lithography processes such as wafer cleaning, coating, exposure, development.
- Operating evaporation, sputtering, and etching equipment.
- Performing measurement tasks including structure width, layer thickness, and electrical measurement.
- Backend tasks include wafer sawing, chip bonding, wire bonding, encapsulation, leak testing and final measurements.
- Conduct process and quality control monitoring and microscopy inspections.
Candidate Qualifications
- Completed training as a microtechnologist or a technical apprenticeship with a relevant background.
- Motivated to work in a cleanroom environment wearing protective clothing and working under yellow lighting.
- Willing to work in shift systems (2 or 3 shifts, possibly rotating shifts).
- Capable of independently managing multiple concurrent processes.
- Meticulous, responsible, committed, with a careful approach to work.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is advantageous.
- Fluent German language skills; knowledge of English is beneficial.
