Operations Supervisor

The Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead evening operations and steer the team towards operational excellence by managing processes and influencing positive outcomes. Your role involves ensuring smooth operations by overseeing various operational aspects, including vendor management, team development, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise vendor activities, encouraging cooperation and ensuring adherence to agreements and timelines
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to maximize individual and group performance
• Oversee daily operational activities, troubleshoot challenges, and identify areas for process enhancement
• Work in conjunction with internal management to align operational goals with strategic company priorities
• Maintain clear and open communication with both internal and external stakeholders, resolving concerns and fostering strong relationships
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to management, highlighting successes and potential improvements

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience within an operations setting
• Familiarity with operational technologies and relevant tools
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver results
• Strong communication skills and capability to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams
• Experience in training, coaching, and managing teams
• Previous experience in people management, especially within operations, is preferred
