Operations Manager

About the Role

As an Operations Manager at Cars To Crores Private Limited based in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for managing daily operations across company and franchise sites, driving strategic plans to enhance efficiency and profitability, and supporting franchise startups and expansions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at both company-owned and franchise locations to ensure smooth functionality.
• Formulate and execute operational strategies and business plans aimed at maximizing efficiency and business profitability.
• Lead all aspects of franchise setup, launch, and initial operational support to ensure successful openings.
• Collaborate closely with franchise partners to enforce adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Identify potential operational risks and design risk control and preventive measures to mitigate them.
• Monitor branch performance, productivity metrics, customer satisfaction, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Spot gaps within current processes and introduce improvements to optimize workflows.
• Innovate by developing new ideas to boost business growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational results.
• Work in conjunction with senior management to translate business strategies into actionable operational plans.
• Conduct regular visits, audits, and operational evaluations of franchise locations.
• Analyze reports to detect areas that need enhancement and implement required changes.
• Support and facilitate the launch and expansion of new franchise outlets.
• Manage operational issues promptly by coordinating with appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination among management, franchisees, and operational teams.
• Be willing and prepared to travel extensively across India to support franchise operations.
