Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client, a reputable organization, is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational activities, ensuring effective achievement of business goals. The position emphasizes boosting operational efficiency, enhancing cooperation across teams, and upholding exceptional service and execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the day-to-day operations across designated business areas.
• Create operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Track operational outcomes through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Spot and implement enhancements in efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee budget management and resource distribution for departments.
• Work closely with Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and other teams to maintain operational integration.
• Drive initiatives focused on operational improvements and transformation.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, health and safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate operational reports for senior leadership review.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for operational staff.
• Contribute to business continuity and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience managing operations.
• Proven track record of leading teams across functions.
• Strong expertise in operational planning and performance oversight.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience executing operational enhancement projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in GCC markets is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic skills are a plus.
