Role Overview

Join Simply Good Food as an Operations Coordinator where you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of delivery operations. Your main focus will be to oversee our delivery riders, guaranteeing punctual and efficient delivery services while upholding excellent operational standards.

Key Duties

• Work closely with the Operations Team, Admin Coordinator, and Management to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
• Effectively handle numerous tasks in a fast-moving, high-demand setting without losing focus.
• Lead and manage a delivery riders team, ensuring prompt departures and successful order completions.
• Serve as a liaison among delivery staff, service partners, and restaurant collaborators to meet delivery targets and overall operational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Higher School Certificate (HSC) minimum qualification.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic work conditions.
