Operating Director

About the Role

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care provider, is expanding and seeks a dedicated Operating Director for its West Nashville, TN branch. This role offers the chance to lead branch growth while supporting seniors' independence and dignity by providing quality care at home. You will receive substantial corporate training and ongoing support to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch independently while leveraging continuous corporate training and support.
• Create and implement a marketing strategy to establish Cornerstone as the top in-home care provider in the area.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling to maintain adequate coverage for client needs and monitor on-call duties.
• Conduct in-home assessments, build client rapport, manage intakes, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage the branch's finances, including budget oversight and profit and loss accountability.
• Develop a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, fostering team morale, and setting performance standards.
