Job Summary

An Online Order Filling Team Associate at Walmart is responsible for efficiently locating, preparing, and packaging online orders, ensuring accuracy before they are picked up by customers. The role includes making appropriate product substitutions and consulting customers as needed to guarantee satisfaction.

Compensation and Shift Details

The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required by location. Additional compensation may come in the form of annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed. Multiple premiums can be combined when criteria are met.

Shifts available include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing.
