Non IT Recruiter - HR Recruitment Executive

Overview

Join a prominent recruitment consultancy as a Non IT Recruiter based in Noida, Sector-62. This role focuses on hiring for sales, executives, and BPO sectors, requiring a minimum of one year of experience. Candidates must provide their own laptops and will benefit from two Saturdays off each month.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in recruitment for sales roles, executive positions, and BPO openings.
• Identify and source candidates by utilizing job portals and social media platforms in alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct screening of resumes, perform telephonic and virtual interviews, coordinate candidate interviews with clients, and maintain follow-ups.
• Efficiently handle communication through emails and have proficiency in Excel and data research.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduates from any stream are eligible, with preference for those holding postgraduate or MBA degrees specializing in HR or Industrial Relations.
• Strong command over the English language is expected for effective communication.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Office applications is essential.
• Minimum experience of one year in recruitment or related human resource functions.
• Applicants should bring their personal laptop to work (Bring Your Own Device policy).

Additional Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday with two Saturdays off.
• Location: R Cube Consultants, Unit no 835, 8th Floor, Tower B, iThum Tower, Plot no A-40, Sector-62, Noida 201301.
• Accessible on foot from Electronic City Metro Station, Noida.
• Walk-in interviews are conducted from Monday to Wednesday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
