Role Summary

We seek a composed and dependable Night Auditor to become an integral part of a hotel's overnight team. This position requires a blend of warm guest interaction, precise administrative work, and responsibility to manage the property calmly and professionally during night hours.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests courteously through the night.
Accurately handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and registration processes.
Perform end-of-day financial audits including balancing transactions and preparing reports.
Reconcile cash, credit card payments, and hotel revenue records diligently.
Address guest inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and diplomatically.
Maintain detailed shift logs and ensure comprehensive communication for the next day's staff.
Oversee public areas such as lobby and front desk during overnight shifts.
Support safety protocols, confidentiality, and emergency handling procedures.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in Front Office, Reception, or Night Audit roles is advantageous.
Excellent numerical skills with comfort using hotel systems and financial reports.
Ability to remain calm and professional, maintaining a guest-focused attitude in busy or challenging times.
Self-motivated and responsible for independent work during overnight periods.
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Language Requirements

The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3000. Applicants must be fluent in German (C1 level) and English to effectively communicate during shifts.
