About the Role

This position is offered through a partner organization seeking a Motion Graphic Designer based in the United States. Key Responsibilities

Lead motion design projects from concept ideation to final production, encompassing storyboarding, animation, and visual design.
Convert product attributes and messaging into clear, captivating visual storytelling.
Work collaboratively alongside designers, editors, writers, and marketing personnel to deliver unified creative outputs.
Implement and refine motion and visual design systems across multiple deliverables.
Create animations focused on products, UI motion graphics, dynamic typography, and brand-centric content.
Handle several creative projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality, consistency, and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance brand goals through innovative motion design solutions.
Keep abreast of the latest animation techniques, creative trends, and motion design innovations.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a similar creative function.
Proficiency in both 2D and 3D motion design, product UI animation, and dynamic typography.
Strong foundation in storytelling, visual communication, and design principles.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and specialized animation software.
Ability to produce high-caliber motion content that supports marketing initiatives and brand narratives.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects while upholding meticulous attention to detail and creative coherence.
Excellent collaboration and communication capacities within cross-functional creative teams.
A portfolio showcasing abilities in motion design, product storytelling, and innovative problem-solving.
Curiosity and adaptability towards emerging creative technologies and trends.
