Microsoft BI (MSBI) Developer

Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft BI professional for a leading multinational organization. The role is based in Chennai, with opportunities across Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and Noida.

Core Skills

• MSBI stack including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
• SQL Server
• T-SQL
• ETL implementation
• Data warehousing concepts

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support ETL workflows using SSIS.
• Develop reports and dashboards through SSRS and Power BI.
• Create and maintain SSAS cubes and analytical data structures.
• Author efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions.
• Coordinate with business teams to understand and document reporting needs.
• Maintain data accuracy, system performance, and solution scalability.
• Identify, debug, and fix BI-related technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and assist with production support activities.

Experience Required

The role calls for 9 to 12 years of practical MSBI development experience. Candidates should have a strong command of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. Exposure to Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
