Program Details

The MENA Early Career Engineering Program is an 18-month comprehensive development initiative tailored to prepare promising engineering graduates for technical and operational roles across various Product Service Lines (PSLs) in the Middle East and North Africa region. Participants will gain extensive practical experience through structured technical training, on-site exposure, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration while actively contributing to real-world projects alongside seasoned professionals. This program accelerates professional growth and primes the next generation of Halliburton engineers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline
• Graduated within the last two years or expecting to graduate before program start
• Strong academic record
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Willingness to travel and relocate within MENA as necessary
• Passion for technology, innovation, and operational excellence

Compensation and Location
