Overview
AMS International UAE is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead delegate marketing efforts for a real estate conference in Doha, Qatar. This contract role spans approximately four months and focuses on delivering campaigns aligned with a larger exhibition branding while achieving delegate acquisition goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement delegate marketing strategies aligned with the overarching brand identity and voice of the conference and related exhibition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure conference campaigns complement rather than compete with exhibition promotions.
- Ensure all marketing collateral complies with established brand guidelines.
- Set campaign objectives, key messages, and targets in consultation with senior management and government partners.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, PR, media partnerships, and paid advertising to maximize registrations.
- Create targeted messaging and audience segmentation aimed at developers, investors, governmental stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate content calendars, oversee creative production, and manage campaign schedules alongside agencies and marketing teams.
- Lead initiatives to expand the conference's delegate database and audience reach.
- Work closely with the Content Project Manager and government entities to ensure messaging aligns with official themes, priorities, and protocols.
- Handle the approval workflow for marketing materials requiring government partner authorization.
- Develop strong partnerships with media, industry associations, and marketing collaborators related to the conference.
- Manage CRM segmentation and automate lead nurturing campaigns to enhance registration conversion.
- Track performance metrics and analyze marketing data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign outcomes to senior stakeholders and government representatives.
- Assist with managing the marketing budget dedicated to the conference promotion.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum four years of experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B marketing, particularly managing campaigns within or alongside flagship brand initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve delegate or attendee acquisition goals.
- Strong expertise in brand consistency with the capability to operate confidently within existing brand frameworks.
- Experience with CRM management, database expansion strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills, working effectively with senior internal and external parties.
- Proficient in analytics and campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience collaborating with government organizations within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- Familiarity with the real estate and investment sectors of Qatar or the broader GCC area.
- Background marketing conferences that are paired with major exhibitions.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and data analysis platforms such as Eloqua and Google Analytics 4.
