Marketing Executive

About the Role

Controls Instruments India is seeking a female Marketing Executive based in the Delhi/NCR region. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The primary responsibility is to manage and follow up on leads generated from major B2B portals such as IndiaMART, JustDial, and TradeIndia, assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track incoming leads from platforms including IndiaMART, JustDial, and TradeIndia.
• Engage with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to address their queries.
• Provide clients with quotations, product catalogues, and company profiles as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate order closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up communications.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART or JustDial is preferred.
• Background in sales is desirable.
• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English languages.
• Basic computer literacy including email, Excel, and WhatsApp usage.

Additional Advantage: Familiarity with Tally accounting software is an asset.
