Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide application development and ongoing support for the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), including incident resolution, problem-solving, service requests, and system health monitoring.
• Configure, integrate, and enhance WMS functions based on evolving business needs.
• Manage batch jobs, critical system operations, user management, and access provisioning effectively.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and comprehensive operational documentation.
• Coordinate escalations and liaise with product vendors for advanced (L3/L4) technical support.
• Analyze functional requirements, contribute to user story refinement, and assist in quality assurance and testing activities.
• Participate actively in release management cycles, deployments, and provide post-production support to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in configuration, integration, and support of Manhattan WMS, preferably version 2018.
• Solid understanding of distribution center operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Expertise in batch process support and system monitoring activities.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience working with IBM Cognos SCI, MOCA, Oracle databases, SQL, and Azure Cloud environment.
• Familiarity with Relex or other supply chain management systems is beneficial.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Background in retail or distribution sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of automation and reporting tools adds value.
